Bartenders – this employee mixes and serves alcoholic beverages to patrons age 21 or older. Responsible for verifying the identification of each patron to ensure the legal age of consumption. Previous bartending experience is required.
Cashier – this employee handles cash and credit cards for food and beverage purchases. Previous cash handling experience is required.
Cook – This employee prepares cooking ingredients for a variety of foods in a safe manner. Will undertake basic cooking duties such as cooking items on the grill/stove top, deep fat fryer, microwave oven, etc. to prepare simple dishes like hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, etc. Must maintain a clean kitchen. Previous kitchen experience is required. ServSafe Certification is required.
Food Service Worker – this employee prepares and serves concession items to patrons, including food and beverage. Supports concession teams as needed. ServSafe Certification is required.
Stand Lead/Supervisor – this employee oversees all operations in the concession stand, including adequate staffing, appropriate inventory of products for each event, food preparation, and cashiers. May supervise multiple stands. Previous lead/supervisor experience is required. ServSafe Certification is required.
Warehouse/Runner – this employee retrieves and delivers goods/products as needed before, during, and after events. This employee may work both in the warehouse and concession stands.
